We meet online on every Tuesday and Thursday to connect our community online and sharing with them significant content. We care for Connection in the Digital Age. We talk with our guests about a new world that is being created during the epidemic and about well-being in new circumstances. We wonder what that situation means to us, what it teaches us and how to deal with it and how take care of our well-being. Our interviews are support, guidance and a source of inspiration. We activate the online community to comment and ask questions. It's a conversation in which viewers actively participate.

On April 30, we'll talk about Kundalini Yoga, which is a way of opening up to a new quality of life in all its dimensions. This is an example of how activities which help our well-being (like yoga classes) can be transferred to digital space.
